In order to accomplish our vision and mission, we, the BTTTCians, are wholeheartedly prepared to take as much as possible for the betterment of teacher education scenario in the state. We give prime importance to the behavioural discipline, cognitive development and moral integrity of the students. Right from the beginning of the college in 2015, the sincere and noble efforts of the governing bodies, principal, teaching and administrative members and students have brought the institution to an impressive level. 

In the realm of learning our student community enjoys an excellent ambience here.  They are blessed with sufficient infrastructure facilities and selfless service from teachers as well as non-teaching staff. Academic activities along with NSS, Physical Education, Performing Arts and Community Work offer integrated services for the holistic development of our students. From scholastic to non-scholastic activities, perseverance and a never give-up spirit are ingrained in the heart of every student that not only make them good teachers, but balanced human beings. We feel proud and get encouragement looking at successful teaching career of our students which subsequently benefit the society, state and the nation.
