Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a step
towards excellence and it’s an integral part of the college works to develop a mechanism
for systematic reviews of study programs, and to ensure quality
teaching-learning, research, knowledge generation and support services
standards at an acceptable level.
The IQAC assures the stakeholders i.e.,
students, parents, teachers, staff, management, and society in general – of the
accountability and transparency in the quality management system of the
institution and its concern for ensuring quality of education being imparted. In
this regard, IQAC of BTTTC organizes various programmes for faculty,
administrative staffs and students for better functionality of the college.
It conducts staff assessment to provide valuable
feedback for quality sustenance and improvement in teaching, learning and
research experiences in the college. It documents and reports various
activities of the college for various higher education requirements. A
continuous follow up has been made on infrastructural resources of the college
to assure adequate, appropriate and better facilities
to assure conducive and enabling environment for teaching, learning and
co-curricular activities. Through all these measures IQAC happens to be one of
the important components of the college which ensures long lasting quality and
uninterrupted improvement in all the aspects of the college.
Last but not the least, I convey my deep appreciation for the faculty, students, management and all stakeholders for their inputs and diligence to make BTTTC a pioneer institution in the field of Teacher Education.
